• When the Compulsary Secondary Education is finished, the Certificates could be issued to those students solicitating them.
• The student finishing with Certificate must not solicitate it or pay any tax. The school will prepare a list of Certificates in order to be issued.
  
• When the Certificates come to the school, the School will send a notification to the students in order to bring back their certificates.

To get the Certificate in Bachillerato, it is necessary to finish Bachillerato and to pass all the subjects, in the 1^st level and in the 2^nd level, and also to give in Secretary the following documents:

• Guarantee of paying the taxes using the Mode o46. You can get it in Secretary. (It is compulsary to sign it in the reserved blank and to come into the money in different banks or savings banks colaborating with Junta de Andalucía).

• Identity Card Photocopy/ Passport Photocopy.

• Large Family Certificate Photocopy ( If it is necessary to show the original Certificate).

People who are free from any obligation of paying the taxes:

• People who are victims of terrorist attacks ( also spouses and children) (Ley 32/1999 de 8 de octubre, de Solidaridad con las víctimas del terrorismo-B.O.E. de 9/10/1999-).
• Beneficiaries of large families (special category) (stablished category in Ley 40/2003, de 18 de noviembre, de Protección a las Familias Numerosas-B.O.E. de 19/11/2003-).
• The sending of double Certificates due to Administrative problems or mistakes.

The beneficiaries of large families (general category) will only pay the 50% of the tax. (Ley 40/2003, de 18 de noviembre).

After the receipt of the tax, the student will get in the Secretary of the School, the “ EJEMPLAR PARA LA ADMINISTRACION”. The copy “ EJEMPLAR PARA EL INTERESADO” must not be given in the Secretary.

It will be the Document in proof of paying the taxes to get the Certificate.

To get a Certificate is necesssary to give in Secretary the following documents:

• Guarantee of the request to get the Certificate in Bachillerato.
• Identity Card/Passport
• In case an other person comes to take your Certificate, he/she must present a written document in which he/she is authorised and a photocopy of both the owner of the Certificate and the person who takes it.
