Welcome to the website of the Secondary School "SIERRA SUR" in Valdepeñas de Jaen. Our school started in the academic year 1988/1989 as a section of the Secondary School "FUENTE DE LA PEÑA" in Jaén. This situation finished in the academic year 1991/1992 when the Secondary School "SIERRA SUR" started to work in an autonomous way. It was in 1997 when the school started to be named "SIERRA SUR".
It is a Bilingual School from the academic year 2006/2007. The students study two types of teachings: Compulsary Secondary Education and two kinds of Bachillerato: Humanities and Social Sciences, Sciences and Technology.
